Refund Policy
Educational Sessions
Should we be unable to successfully create a video and/or audio session at the appointed time between you and your expert, the price of the session will be refunded. Refunds will not be granted for “no-show” sessions or sessions that are terminated prematurely by the customer, nor for sessions that have been completed. Please give 24 hours notice in the event of a cancellation. A partial refund will be considered for cancellations less than 24 hours before a scheduled session.
